The Abu Dhabi Art Fair is more than just an exhibition; it culminates a year-round visual arts program, showcasing a diverse spectrum of artworks from both modern and contemporary realms. Each year, galleries are meticulously selected by an internal committee from the Department of Culture and Tourism—Abu Dhabi based on their innovative proposals. The fair also invites select exhibitors, curated by guest curators, to participate in specialised sectors that highlight global artistic currents.
Manarat Al Saadiyat: The heart of the fair
Nestled in the Saadiyat Cultural District, Manarat Al Saadiyat is the ideal venue for this remarkable event. Opened in 2009, this “place of enlightenment” is a creative hub featuring three galleries for temporary exhibits, an outdoor events terrace, a café and brasserie, a photography studio, an art studio, and a 250-seat auditorium. Its ongoing activities, from art workshops to theatre performances, make it a year-round destination for cultural engagement.
As the annual meeting point for artists and art lovers, Manarat Al Saadiyat hosts the Abu Dhabi Art Fair and acts as a gateway to the district’s renowned museums, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

The upcoming Abu Dhabi Art Fair will run from Wednesday, November 20, to Sunday, November 24, 2024. The fair will welcome visitors daily from 2 to 9 p.m., offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of art amidst the cultural heartbeat of Abu Dhabi.
