DEFINITIONS

In these Terms & Conditions, “Zurani”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zurani Art Investment Management and Advisory Firm. “Buyer”, “you”, “your” refer to the individual or entity purchasing any art piece or service from Zurani. “Artwork” refers to any item available for purchase from Zurani.

ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order with Zurani, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. The order is considered placed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

Zurani adheres to all applicable laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the buyer’s identity.

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

Upon placing an order, you will receive an invoice via email. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

The buyer will bear the cost of shipping and insurance. We will provide tracking information once the artwork is dispatched.

OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF DEALER

We ensure that all artwork is authentic and as described. Should any dispute arise regarding the authenticity of an artwork, it will be resolved in accordance with UAE laws.

OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF BUYER

As a buyer, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the artwork once it is in your possession. You must also comply with all applicable laws related to the purchase and possession of artwork.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the price paid for the artwork.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order with Zurani, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
